I had a bad day. I felt like I was surrounded by a cloud of bad energy and I just couldn't shake it. I was ready to come home and crawl into bed. But first I opened the mail. I have the best friends

someone told me a trick for staving off others' negative energy - to imagine yourself surrounded by an egg-shaped sphere of blue-pink light. she said you just have to believe that it will work. (after she told me stories of how it worked for her, i was convinced enough to try it .. though i am not entirely sure if it works for me or not .. clearly the belief part is not sticking ;)
